is based off a classic fly pattern and is highly effective for catching all types of fish. this is a great soft landing fly and the soft hackle gives it additional movement. although not a traditional tenkara fly, it works great when at the end of a tenkara rod. also, this can be used on a standard fly fishing nymphing rig.
